Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all T-shirts and orders purchased at luffyship.com. At Luffyship, we’re dedicated to delivering sports-inspired apparel you’ll love. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist with returns and refunds to your original payment method.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date (per tracking info) to request a return.
  • Condition: T-shirts must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email customer@luffyship.com with your order number and reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item).
  2. Get a Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to download and print at no cost.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to 5 Vi Duc Thang 3,  Xuong Giang, Bac Giang 26000, Vietnam.
  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return to confirm receipt and start processing.

Notes:

  • There’s no restocking fee.
  • Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Refund Amount:
    • Partial returns: Refunded based on the price of the returned T-shirt(s).
    • Full order returns: Refunded the total amount paid, including original shipping fees (if applicable).
  • Processing Time:
    • We’ll review your return and notify you of approval or rejection within 2-3 business days via email.
    • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • Bank processing may take additional time. If you don’t see your refund after 3-4 business days, email us at customer@luffyship.com.
