This policy applies to all T-shirts and orders purchased at luffyship.com. At Luffyship, we’re dedicated to delivering sports-inspired apparel you’ll love. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist with returns and refunds to your original payment method.
Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date (per tracking info) to request a return.
- Condition: T-shirts must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email customer@luffyship.com with your order number and reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item).
- Get a Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to download and print at no cost.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to 5 Vi Duc Thang 3, Xuong Giang, Bac Giang 26000, Vietnam.
- Confirmation: We’ll email you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return to confirm receipt and start processing.
Notes:
- There’s no restocking fee.
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
- Refund Amount:
- Partial returns: Refunded based on the price of the returned T-shirt(s).
- Full order returns: Refunded the total amount paid, including original shipping fees (if applicable).
- Processing Time:
- We’ll review your return and notify you of approval or rejection within 2-3 business days via email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- Bank processing may take additional time. If you don’t see your refund after 3-4 business days, email us at customer@luffyship.com.
